TAXChek provides Flood Determination Certificates, and will accept Flood Elevation Certificates.  We also provide, along with the Flood Certificate, an Elevation Disclosure form signed by the borrower.  Our system is designed to track a portfolio and will alert us to any change in the SFHA (Special Flood Hazard Area.)

TAXChek first introduced in 2000 from the large Liability Loans and unimproved properties. Lenders are not being notified, or made aware of expired coverage, leaving them uninsured.  We will let you know of such expiration immediately, along with your borrower.
